444fox Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Player

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and 444fox ("444fox," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 444fox online gaming platform available at https://444fox.net and any related mobile applications, services, or features.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account at 444fox. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

444fox accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:

All funds deposited into your 444fox account must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to a different person — are not accepted and will be returned where possible, or held pending investigation.

444fox does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. 444fox is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

444fox processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered under the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, although large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks.

Standard processing times for 444fox withdrawals are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Typically under 10 minutes. During high-volume periods (after major sporting events or large fight nights), processing may extend to up to 30 minutes.
• Bank transfers (InstaPay / PESONet): Within 1–3 business hours during banking hours. Transfers outside banking hours may be processed the following business day.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444fox platform and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of relevant funds:

• Opening or using more than one 444fox account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with 444fox games or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting game errors, technical glitches, or incorrectly set odds for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed specifically to abuse 444fox bonus terms while minimizing genuine gaming risk.
• Using the 444fox platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing another person to use your 444fox account, or using another person's account.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal without prior written authorization from 444fox.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the 444fox platform or its underlying systems.

444fox cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any activity on the platform suspected of involving criminal conduct will be reported to the appropriate authorities and relevant account funds may be frozen pending investigation.

444fox reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity or payment verification checks.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
• Regulatory compliance requirements.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

When an account is suspended for investigation, access to the account and its funds is restricted until the investigation is concluded. 444fox will communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. If no violation is found, the account is reinstated and access to funds restored. If a violation is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their own 444fox account may do so by contacting support. Remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
